Say What?
Over the last decades, humanity has dreamt about a device that could translate conversations instantly. That time has finally come thanks to the development of the new app called "Say What?" that is taking the world by storm as speech can be translated in a matter of seconds.
First of all, it is important to mention that I would never recommend something before trying it. My first experience using this app took place in a trip to Italy. At first, I was sceptic about its reliability, but after witnessing its effectiveness, I was at a lost for words. Locals were able to understand the translations from my native language, Japanese, into Italian, which amazed everyone I encounter. This app is able to translate all languages in the spot, you speak into your phone and the app translates your speech with a perfect accent. By the time I came back from my business trip I was convinced that this new tool was going to change the world.
As soon as I found out about the app, I started to spread the word about it. However, this was not necessary as everybody I encounter had already heard about it. Two weeks after it was released, it became the world's most downloaded application. Nevertheless, this came as no surprise as we currently live in a global world in constant communication. Even though English has became the unofficial lingua franca, this new technological innovation is enabling international communication at a whole new level. In addition, the spread of English was starting to endanger the survival of some minor languages, but thanks to this technology, the rate of disappearance of minority language will decrease.
All in all, I would recommend everybody to download this app and start using it in their travels. This will enable global communication and avoid any misunderstandings whilst ensuring the survival of endangered languages.
