Dear Chris,

Long time no see! I am so happy to hear from you, you just made my day with this great news about your work visit.

Regarding your time off during visit you can count yourself lucky. Next month we are hosting the international cheese awards in town. So if you happen to be here during the first two weeks you need to go. People from around the world bring their best cheeses and there is music and local dances happening all over the town.

However, if you do not want to visit the cheese fair you can also do plenty of activities. We happen to have one of the best mountain trails of the region, and during this time of the year it is perfect for an afternoon walk. In addition, as you love photography, we also have a really nice exhibition spread around the town centre.

Lastly, my husband and I would love you to come with us to visit my grandmother's house. She lives 15 minutes away from town but the trip is worth it. Her house was built in 1756 and it is breathtaking. But if that is not enough, she makes the best pancakes in the world, so there is no excuse. You need to come with us!

I look forward to hearing from you, I hope I have given you a nice overview of what can be done around town, but do not hesitate to contact me if you want more information. I can't wait to see you next month.

Regards,
