Essays:
It is important to take into account the number of words we are expected to write the first exercise is around 240-240 words. In the first part we have to write an essay summarising the main ideas taken from two texts that deal with the same issue (around 100 words long each). We need to use the ideas from both texts as well as our own in order to develop sound arguments.
In the second part we are expected to write between 280-320 words and this time we will have to choose between 5 possible writing exercises: an article, an essay, a letter, a report, or a review.

Es important tener el cuenta que el número de palabras en los ejercicios de redacción es de 240-280 palabras en la primera parte, en la que hay que hacer una "essay" resumiendo los puntos clave de dos textos cortos (sobre 100 palabras cada uno).
En la segunda parte hay que elegir entre las 5 opciones que se dan (article, essay, letter, report o review) y esta vez hay que escribir entre 280-320 palabras.
